Episode of Hair of the Dog

Erik Remy Jenkins was featured on an episode of the web series, Hair of the Dog, hosted and produced by Chicago based country artist, Wild Earp. THE EPISODE FEATURES Wild Earp himself and George Hurden aka Gorgeous George, who is a member of the Free For Alls, a backup band for Wild Earp. The group performed Jenkins' single, Midnight Train, with George and Wild Earp on guitars. The performance can be seen here:

Fellow Coachella Valley artist, and old family friend has painted a portrait of Erik Remy Jenkins with his deceased sibling, Demetrius. The painting was given to Jenkiins' mother. It is merging two photos of the brothers taken 13 years apart (see below for the original photo of ERJ TAKEN BY AN UNKNOWN PHOTOGRAPHER)

Recording of Upcoming EP Has Been Completed
We were sorry to inform everyone a few months back that the release of the 2018 EP (currently untitled) had to be pushed back. Although the Erik Remy Jenkins team has moved to Chicago, IL, the recording of the upcoming EP was completed with Coachella Valley based producer, DJ, and musician, James Gastelum. Gastelum is an alum of Northern Illinois University School of Music. Jenkins and Gastelum have been friends for years before the collaboration, The EP was recorded in two sessions in January 2018 in Coachella, California. Stay tuned for the release date!
We've Moved.... to CHICAGO!

It's true! The Erik Remy Jenkins team has left the home base of the Palm Springs/Coachella Valley area, for the big city of Chicago, Illinois. We hope to further the musical ventures in the city of blues and rock n' roll. The Desert will be missed, but definitely not forgotten.

Shoot for new music video with German director,
Julia Charlotte Richter
Erik Remy Jenkins has recently filmed the upcoming music video for his single "So Long (the Reprise)," with German director, Julia Charlotte Richter. The video was shot in Indian Wells, California by Richter with the help of Ben Brix. It will feature special guest, Mark Gilpatrick of Nex Move Games. The video will be released soon, but in the meantime, you can catch the audio for So Long (the Reprise) here at wildwildwestern (erikremyjenkins.com) and catch the audio video on Jenkins' YouTube channel (link at the bottom of this page).

Song Feature in Upcoming German Short Film
Jenkins' recently released single, So Long (the Reprise) will be featured in an upcoming short film by director, Julia Charlotte Richter of Germany. Richter has also filmed the music video for the single, which is set to be released in early 2018.
